CEV is enthusiastic about introducing its new biofungicide to Canadian farmers and actively promote the adoption of biological solutions in agriculture.
Distributed by FMC, this biofungicide will be branded as FRACTURE FUNGICIDE™.
This authorization process enables the country’s growers to have a safe and efficient tool to manage diseases such as botrytis and powdery mildew in grapes and strawberries, botrytis control in tomato and ornamental plants and monilinia suppression in stone fruits and almonds.
FRACTURE FUNGICIDE™, with MRL exemption, offers an alternative to traditional chemical treatments and can safely be integrated into IPM (Integrated Pest Management) treatment programs, minimizing the environmental impact within Canada’s specific agricultural context.
